Productive time now in Trilogy (n3inTrilogy) on my MacBook, iPhone, and iPad, but welcome to PCs and Androids, too!

MIKE FOXWORTH (aka ‘altaloman’) … a cancer survivor since 2006 but what defines me is being a Christ follower, Bible study blogger, a husband (55 years in 2026), father, grandfather, writer, archivist, and synergist for social media and micro/mobile blogging in the neighborhoods of these “altacities” and “socialcurrentsee”, two terms to be explored with common search engines, a.i., or the browser of your choice.

Just in Time

in trilogimedia by Mike Foxworth

A journal by altaloman®, Mike Foxworth, in these ALTACITIES® for common interest developments and the story of my journey with mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) in 2006. The author achieved full remission in 2010 following an unrelated donor (allogeneic) stem cell transplant in 2007 and tomotherapy in 2009. August 2025 marked 15 years of continuous, sustained remission. For clarification, ALTACITIES® are the “alternate cities" where we live and watch other common interest developments, also known as homeowner associations (HOAs).

As with so many others who are on or have been on the cancer survival journey, the trip is marked by continuous moments of “wait and hope,” but while this long period (nearly two decades) of remission give pause for reflection and gratitude for the care and caregivers that entered and remain in my life.

Just in Time is available as an ebook and a paper-bound edition. Completion of the form above will supply directions to acquire.  Also available is a FREE 3-chapter version.
